What happens if I send more than my plan?
Your account moves up to the next tier automatically. Sending never stops.
Do I pay for my ESP separately?
Yes. EmailElement sends through your own providers, so you keep your existing ESP accounts and pricing. We can also supply Google Workspace inboxes we set up and manage.
Are suppressions counted as contacts?
No. Suppression lists are unlimited on every plan.
What is a proxy IP?
Every account gets a free dedicated proxy IP, so your reputation is isolated from other accounts. You can add a proxy IP per send integration for $5 a month each.
Can I get a custom plan?
Enterprise plans start above 5M sends and 20M contacts a month. Talk to sales and we'll size it with you.
